Filled with whole flaxseed and golden flax meal for an Omega-3 boost and ONLY certified gluten-free oats, along with free-roaming chicken eggs and their proprietary blend of whole and ancient grain gluten-free flours, the Flaxseed Oat loaf is moist and substantial. It's great for sandwiches that don’t require toasting, yet it truly holds its own when toasted and used as a dipper in your favorite spinach or Rueben dip or dunked in a hot bowl of soup.

This bread is pre-sliced and comes frozen.  Éban's artisan gluten-free breads are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, it is recommended to keep bread refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to nine months from date of purchase.

This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Éban's uses ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and their eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.  

Éban's Bakehouse is located in Ohio and sources local ingredients close to the bakery.
