This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Éban's uses ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, their eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative, and their butter comes from grass-fed cows.
These artisan cookies are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, we recommend keeping the individually-wrapped cookies at room temperature for up to 30 days, in the refrigerator up to 60 days, or in the freezer for up to one year from the date of manufacture.
