Applewood Smoked Dry Rubbed Uncured Bacon

Unfortunately accidents happen. Our processor accidently made a batch of our Pork Bacon into nitrate cured instead of nitrate free cured Applewood Bacon. We don't want to be wasteful as this is still our wonderful forest/pasture raised pork, but different ingredients than we intented. So if you don't mind this accident, feel free to enjoy this Applewood Bacon, because it tastes so delicious!
