2 lbs. d J&L Green Farm Ground Beef or Stir Fry
1 quart J&L Green Farm Beef Broth
1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. garlic salt
2/3 c. ketchup
1 sm. onion
4 tbsp. flour
1-2 pkg. stroganoff noodles
Brown beef and onion together until onion is tender. Add 1/2 of the beef broth, salt, ketchup and mushrooms. Mix flour with remaining beef broth and add to ground beef mixture. Fold sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over buttered stroganoff noodles.
Dairy Free Option:
Substitute a can of coconut milk for the sour cream.
Gluten Free Option:
Substitute Gluten Free flour blend for flour.
