- (1 Pkg) Pork Loin Roast
2/3 cup balsamic vinegar
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons coconut aminos (or soy sauce)
4 teaspoons J&L Green Farm Black Walnut Syrup (or brown sugar)
Real salt & black pepper, to taste
1/2 cup finely chopped fresh rosemary
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1 J&L Green Farm Forest-Raised Pork Loin Roast (2lbs)
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Pour marinade over loin roast, cover/seal and place in fridge for 12-24 hours.
Bake at 350 degrees until center is 170 degrees, roughly 40 minutes.
Pairing Suggestion: Roasted Potatoes cooked with J&L Green Farm Pork Lard and seasonings, and sautéed fresh, in-season vegetables.
