Soft, chewy, and kid-approved, Éban’s Award-winning Oat Bread is free of soy, wheat, dairy and preservatives but loaded with taste, texture and possibility.
Crafted using certified gluten-free oats, free-roaming chicken eggs and Éban’s whole and ancient grain gluten-free flour blend, this loaf has held up to the most scrutinous reviews from kids of all ages who don’t like “bits” in their breads.
Éban’s Oat Loaf has a smooth texture and is their version of ‘white bread’—but with substance. Most commonly found book-ending an oozing PB&J or a perfectly gooey grilled cheese, it also serves as an excellent salad crouton when seasoned up, cubed and toasted; and performs beautifully as fresh or dried bread crumbs for any recipe requiring a binder or breading, like meatballs or chicken fingers for frying.
Éban’s Bakehouse is a veteran- and family-owned, environmentally conscious, certified gluten-free bakehouse dedicated to using responsibly sourced, non-GMO and organic ingredients in all of their artisan, small batch, preservative-free baked goods.
At Éban’s Bakehouse, their motto is simple yet bold, and it comes to life in everything they do: No gluten. No regrets!
This bread is pre-sliced and comes frozen. Éban's artisan gluten-free breads are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, it is recommended to keep bread refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to nine months from date of purchase.
This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. They use ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and their eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.
Eban's Bakehouse is located in Ohio and sources local ingredients close to the bakery.
