Chewy, soft and deliciously nutritious, Éban’s Award-winning Seeded Bread is free of soy, wheat, dairy and preservatives, yet loaded with organic poppy, sesame, chia, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds that are baked into this substantial loaf along with free-roaming chicken eggs and Éban’s proprietary gluten-free, whole grain flour blend of brown rice, certified gluten-free oat, ancient grain sorghum and tapioca flours.
Like all of Éban's breads, the Seeded loaf holds up to the heartiest of fillings without requiring toasting and does not crumble or fall apart in the making of a sandwich. For added crunch and texture, however, they do recommend toasting—it makes an amazing base for an avocado toast, for example, with the additional nutritional boost of polyunsaturated fats in all those organic seeds.
Éban’s Bakehouse is a veteran- and family-owned, environmentally conscious, certified gluten-free bakehouse dedicated to using responsibly sourced, non-GMO and organic ingredients in all of their artisan, small batch, preservative-free baked goods.
At Éban’s Bakehouse, their motto is simple yet bold, and it comes to life in everything they do: No gluten. No regrets!
This bread is pre-sliced and comes frozen. Éban's artisan gluten-free breads are preservative-free; for maximum freshness, it is recommended to keep bread refrigerated for up to 10 days or frozen for up to nine months from date of purchase.
This product is made in a dedicated gluten-free facility that uses peanuts and tree nuts. Éban's uses ONLY certified gluten-free oats and oat flour, and their eggs come from free-roaming chickens raised by an Amish cooperative.
Éban's Bakehouse is located in Ohio and sources local ingredients close to the bakery.
