Cooking suggestions: Whether you prefer grilling, pan-searing, broiling, or air frying, ribeye's generous marbling and tenderness let you achieve a perfect medium-rare to medium doneness, allowing the flavors to fully develop while maintaining a melt-in-your-mouth texture.

To let the meat's natural flavors shine through, we like to keep things simple and season our ribeye with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. To enhance the natural flavors, you can also add a pat of herb-infused butter or a drizzle of high-quality olive oil just before serving. 

We love serving ribeye with baked sweet potatoes and steamed veggies.
