Éban’s Bakehouse was started in 2011 by two chefs, Eric Braddock and Adrienne Novak, both U.S. military veterans with 60+ years combined culinary experience. 

Éban’s Bakehouse bakes gluten-free artisan breads and desserts from scratch using local, organic, non-GMO, certified gluten-free, and Kosher ingredients. All of their products are preservative-free. 

Their unique recipes prove that giving up gluten no longer must mean sacrificing taste, texture, quality or variety. Their motto: No gluten. No regrets!
