- (2lbs) Beef Kabobs
2lbs J&L Green Farm Beef Kabobs
3 Tbls Olive oil
2 tsp Lemon zest
4 Tbls Lemon juice
2 tsp dried Oregano
1/2 Cup Dry White wine(white wine vinegar)
2 large cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
2 Bay leaves
Mix the marinade ingredients together, then add kabobs. Marinate overnight in the refridgerator. Cook in the oven covered at 350 until medium rare, or skewer and cook on the grill.
These kabobs are delicious cooked with peppers, onions, zuchinni, etc. and traditionally served over rice. Enjoy!
