Crispy Curry Chicken Wings
This dry rub is delicious on wings! It's also our family's favorite rub for all meats: chicken, pork, beef, & turkey. The simple, clean ingredients bring healthy, tasty, EASY protein to your table.



Curry Dry Rub Seasoning Mix:

1.5 tsp. curry

1.5 tsp. real salt

1 tsp. cumin

1 tsp. garlic powder

1/2 tsp. chili powder

1/2 tsp. coriander

Sprinkle of cinnamon

1 pkg of J&L Green Farm Chicken Wings (cut at joints, if desired)

Cooking wings with this curry rub couldn't be easier. Spread wings on a tray (use parchment paper for easier clean up). Dust generously with curry rub on both sides. Bake in the oven at 400 uncovered for about 40 minutes (adjust as needed). Chicken skin will be crispy and the meat will be tender and falling off the bone. SO SO YUMMY!

Note: This "family favorite" mix has many uses! We love to rub it on Pork Chops, Beef Steaks, Whole Chicken, and Turkey legs & thighs. Which will be your family's favorite?
